PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Wear Referrals
organises CPD meetings on a regular base. These meeting are
aimed at the general practitioner. Over the last year we have
held meeting on Hip Dysplasia, Anaesthesia and Neurology.
The next meeting will be on MRI. We will discuss the workings
and indications of MRI imaging in small animals.
Both of the following meetings are free of charge and include

An introduction to MRI
This evening meeting will be on two subjects: Firstly, the
basic principles of magnetic resonance imaging. Secondly,
the clinical indications for MRI and we will do this using
clinical cases seen over the last five months.

An evening on elbow disease
Elbow dysplasia is a general used description for dogs with
elbow lameness. We will try to clarify different the aetiologies
of elbow pathology and discuss their treatment.
