Wear Referrals are looking to recruit an experienced part time Receptionist / Client Care Team Member to join the Client Care team.

 Wear Referrals, part of Linnaeus Veterinary Limited, is a multi-disciplinary veterinary referral hospital. Our award winning £5 million purpose-built hospital is one of the most advanced veterinary facilities in the UK, with plans for further expansion already underway.

With success based on an outstanding reputation and a commitment to excellence, Wear Referrals are looking to recruit an experienced part time Receptionist / Client Care Team Member to join the Client Care team.

Reporting directly to our Client Care Manager, this is a part time, permanent reception position, working a mixture of evenings and weekends. Client Care Team Members are required to be able to sit and also stand for long periods of time to cover the reception area and the back office, aside from scheduled breaks.

This is a genuine opportunity for candidates with extensive high-level reception experience, gained in a busy and challenging professional environment, to join a successful and growing business, with scope for career development for the right candidate. A customer service qualification is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar high-pressure client care environment, be organised, smart and professional in appearance, detail orientated, committed to excellent customer service and able to commit to a shift based role.
