With success based on an outstanding reputation and a commitment to excellence, Wear Referrals are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Client Care Team Member to join the Client Care team.

Wear Referrals, part of Linnaeus Veterinary Limited, is a multi-disciplinary veterinary referral hospital.  Our award winning £5 million purpose-built hospital is one of the most advanced veterinary facilities in the UK, with plans for further expansion already underway.

Reporting directly to our Client Care Manager, this is a permanent reception position. Client Care Team Members are required to wear a corporate uniform and be able to sit and also stand for long periods of time to cover the reception area and the back office, aside from scheduled breaks.

This is a genuine opportunity for candidates with extensive high-level reception experience, gained in a busy and challenging professional environment, to join a successful and growing business, with scope for career development for the right candidate.  A customer service qualification is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar high-pressure client care environment, be organised, smart and professional in appearance, detail orientated, committed to excellent customer service and able to commit to a shift based role.
