Suzanne Pickering

Operations Manager

Suzanne joined Wear Referrals in 2015 when the hospital first opened, initially as a Client Care Team Member, and helped to establish the client care function.

She was later promoted to Team Supervisor and then to Client Care Manager in 2019, and again to Operations Manager in 2022.  Suzanne is dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive outstanding customer care, alongside our excellent clinical care, and is a key part of our Senior Leadership Team.

After graduation, Suzanne spent many years in customer service and her role at Wear allows her to combine her lifelong passion for animals with her commitment to customer care and client satisfaction. She is proud of her team and the work we do caring for our patients and their owners.

When she is not at work, her spare time is spent with her 2 children, 2 horses, 3 dogs, cat, and chickens!
