Brian qualified in 1988 from Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, University of Edinburgh, then worked at the Blue Cross Animal Hospital, in London, for six years. Since then, he has worked in the North East in small animal practices.
Brian has a special interest in small animal cardiology and passed the Certificate in Veterinary Cardiology in September 2010, being awarded the annual prize for highest examination score in the process.
Brian runs regular cardiology clinics at Wear Referrals to further assist our multi-discipline approach.
