Ollie Bardsley

Intern - Rotating

Ollie graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2024 with degrees in Physiology, Development and Neuroscience and Veterinary Medicine. He spent a year and a half working in a busy small animal hospital in Newcastle before joining Wear Referrals in January. 

Ollie is passionate about scientific research and teaching. In his spare time, he supervises projects in cellular modelling and physiology at the University of Cambridge, and teaches undergraduates in the Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience. He holds Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy. 

His interests within veterinary medicine are broad and encompass both medicine and surgery. He is excited to develop his practice further during his rotating internship and explore his interests further.

Ollie lives in Northumberland with his partner, Emma, and his cat, Daisy. He enjoys going for walks, catching up with friends and family, and hopes to go travelling in the future!
