DVM, DipECVN, RCVS and EBVS recognised European Specialist in Veterinary Neurology

Alessia graduated from the University of Messina, Italy, in 2013 and worked in primary care practice for two years. Alessia then started a two years intership in small animal neurology and neurosurgery at Diagnostica Piccoli Animali, Zugliano (Italy) where she also completed a three-year neurology and neurosurgery residency programme. She then joined the team at Wear Referrals in 2021. 

Alessia’s current interests include brain and spinal surgery.
