I started back inNovember 2017 as a patient care assistant knowing I wanted to progress. Wear gave me the option to do my veterinary nursing through an apprenticeship programme while doing on the jobtraining. Throughout the years I have developed nursing skills in all departments and learnt everything about how Wear works from the bottom up. I am now a qualified nurse doing a post graduate programme with Linnaeus which was designed to teach us to become amazing referral nurses and gives us the support we need as newly graduated nurses. It gives us the opportunity to branch out and do things that as new grads we wouldn’t normally get the chance to do and my confidence is growing more as each day passes.
