In order for us to provide a repeat prescription for some medications we may need to examine your pet.
Please allow 2-3 working days for all prescriptions to be processed. Please be aware some medication and large number of tablets may need to be ordered specifically and can take up to 1 week to arrive, please ensure you do not run to of any medication before your next order arrives
- Not all medications can be posted (scheduled drugs and some liquids).
- Please allow 1 week for postal deliveries. This may be delayed with strikes, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Please note there is a postage and packaging fee of £10.55 if you wish to have the medication. Please note not all postage can be claimed through insurance and will need to be paid by all clients.
- Written prescriptions can be provided at a cost of £17.50 per item. Please check if emailed prescriptions are accepted with your supplier, otherwise this will need to be posted to you. Please use a reputable supplier with VMD logo.
- Certain medications can only be supplied from a veterinary practice directly and cannot be purchased with a written prescription.
- In some cases we will need to examine your pet in order to prescribe/dispense more medications.
- Some medications can only be dispensed for 28 days supply.
