Prescriptions are available from us at Wear Referrals in County Durham.
You can obtain prescription-only medicines, category V (POM-Vs) from us or ask for a prescription to collect from another veterinary surgeon or pharmacy.
A prescription may not be appropriate if your animal is an inpatient or if immediate treatment is necessary.
We can provide the price of any medicine prescribed for your pet.
Our general policy is to re-assess pets requiring repeat prescriptions every three months, but this may vary with individual circumstances.
